DO NOT BE FOOLED BY
IMITATORS of
Air Structures American Technologies, Inc. (ASATI)
With more than 45 years of genuine experience ASATI has seen many imitators come and go, tarnishing the reputation of the air structures industry. As the most established firm in the air structure industry, it is our obligation and responsibility to inform the general public of the attempts of imitators of ASATI to confuse you. The more that the public recognizes that some imitators are using ASATI's experience, history and works to represent their own, the more you will appreciate the fact that ASATI is the true air-structure industry innovator. Every prospective purchaser of any air structure must be informed that companies such as AWW, Arizon, AirStructures WorldWide, Ltd., and ASATI Inc. Companies' web pages and brochures are deceiving the public. These companies are using Air Structures American Technologies Inc.'s (ASATI's) pictures, history claims and references as work performed by their companies. The images below have appeared on the brochures and on the website of a company calling itself AirStructures WorldWide, Ltd., AWW or Arizon. These pictures that have been represented as their own are actually ASATI engineered, manufactured and constructed air-supported facilities. Do not be deceived; these are not structures belonging to AWW, Arizon or AirStructures WorldWide, Ltd.
The cover an AWW/Arizon brochure prominently displayed a picture of an air structure at Rutgers's University, which ASATI, not Arizon or AWW, engineered, designed and built in 1979. AWW, nor Arizon, had any involvement in the engineering, manufacturing or erecting of this facility. Watch out for these imposters! The Harvard University Structure and the Wall Street Racquet Club were manufactured and constructed by ASATI in 1968. Misleadingly, these domes are shown in AWW/Arizon marketing material, along with other ASATI structures, such as the Oklahoma State Fair Dome and Paddock Golf Dome in Tonawanda, NY. Every one of these high-profile facilities was engineered, and manufactured by ASATI. None of these structures involved AWW or Arizon.
The Facts
ASATI has over 45 years of experience in the engineering, designing and manufacturing of some of the world’s best and most famous air supported structure facilities installed around the world. AWW or Arizon is a new company who appears to have little to no engineering or manufacturing experience and/or successes to photograph and promote. Although a former ASATI salesman (not a project developer, construction manager or project manager) now works for AWW or Arizon, he is not affiliated with any of ASATI's engineering or manufacturing successes. AWW/Arizon is trying to deceive prospect buyers by associating themselves with ASATI's history. ASATI cautions prospective customers to learn and understand the company with whom they are dealing. ASATI has more than 45 years of proven experience. Startup ventures that can’t show you photographs of structures they have designed or built quite obviously are trying to confuse you and co-opt ASATI's successes. Don’t be misled. Without any substance, confusing the public seems to be standard practice for some of our competition. AWW/Arizon does not represent ASATI and cannot sell ASATI structures. Only ASATI or an ASATI authorized representative can sell an ASATI structure. If you are not sure who you’re dealing with, contact us directly and we’ll answer all of your questions.
